Privacy Policy

TriTech Connect Inc., a Maryland corporation (collectively the “we,” “our”, “us” or “Company”) delivers air filters to its members on a recurring basis (the “Services”). We understand that privacy is very important to you, and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We created this Privacy Policy in order to ensure the confidence of individuals and companies using our web site including all subpages (the “Site”), and to demonstrate our commitment to secure information practices and the protection of privacy. By using our website and/or purchasing our service you consent to collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

Types of Information Collected

In general, we collect information in two ways: (1) passively through technology such as “cookies”, and (2) when you provide it directly, or when we obtain verification information about you through trusted third parties (e.g. banks). The types of information that we collect and use will depend on whether you are a Visitor or User.

Traffic Data Collected. We may track and collect the following information when you visit our Site, including your: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; and (iv) type of web browser (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for improving your experience on the Site. Demographic Data. Personal Information you provide may be aggregated with that of other Site users to provide non-personally identifiable data on the demographic characteristics of Site users (“Demographic Data”).

Uses of Personal Information Collected

We do not sell or rent your information to marketers or third parties. We may share your Personal Information with trusted third parties who are integral to the operation of the Site and Services, including but not limited to shipping companies, financial institutions, payment processors, as well as any third parties that you have directly authorized to receive your Personal Information, including without limitation, our affiliated HVAC commercial affiliate partners.

We may disclose your information to law enforcement or other similar entities, in connection with a criminal investigation, investigation of fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other activity that is suspected to be illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability. Demographic Data may also be provided to third parties that provide content to the Site or are otherwise working with us.

User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information and Traffic Data

You may choose to not provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information. You may choose not to allow the use of cookies under Traffic Data. Your system settings control the use of cookies (not us). You should check whether your browser settings allow you to refuse cookies. If you do not accept cookies, you will still have access to some of the facilities of the Site, but the facilities may be slowed or may not function as intended.

Removing or Changing Personal Information.

You may remove or modify any Personal Information submitted to us or suspend your account through the Site by logging into your online account and modifying your Personal Information or suspending your account.

Third Party Content, Links and Your Privacy

The Site may contain links to other Web sites and content served by third party advertisers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites or third party advertisers. If you choose to share information with third party advertisers, that information will be controlled by such third party advertiser’s privacy policy. In providing the links, we do not imply any endorsement, recommendation or approval of such Web sites or third party advertisers.

Business Transition

In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, sale of all or a portion of its assets, or bankruptcy, your Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred. Your submission of your Personal Information is deemed agreement to this potential future transfer.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or use any personally identifiable information from online visitors under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow visitors under the age of 18 to participate in any of our Services.

Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
