How can I learn more about the TriTech Connect (TTC) platform?

Can I try TriTech Connect without a commitment?

Absolutely. There is no long-term commitment, you can cancel at any time.

How do the marketing campaigns work?

We build, design, and write an email for you. The emails are put together by a professional with extensive experience in growing HVAC companies. All you need to do is provide your name, address, logo, and your specific “call to action.” Examples of good calls to action include the ability to download a savings coupon, to book a quote from your website, or to sign up for the FreshFilterConnect program.

Can I skip the marketing campaigns?

Yes, you may opt out of any specific marketing campaign. In addition, our system allows you to modify the details related to any marketing campaign (i.e. pricing, date exclusions, etc.)

How does the FreshFilterConnect program work?

First, you sign up for the program, and then add your customer information to the system (if you haven't already done so). Then, you provide us with your business information and logo, which we'll use for each delivery. Finally, you choose how often to send deliveries--every 30, 60, or 90 days--and we'll handle the rest. You don't need to stock filters or worry about lost inventory.

How does the FreshFilterConnect program help me grow my business?

It does so in two ways. First, you can set your own prices on filters, which allows you to collect revenue from subscribed customers. Second, we include an advertisement or brochure for your business in each box, which ensures that your customers actually see your ad every time they receive a delivery. And you don't have to create the ad--we create one for you to match your email marketing campaign. But if you prefer, you can upload your own promotional materials if you want something different.

What can you tell me about the filters TTC provides?

Our filters are all professional-grade MERV10 air filters from Glasfloss. They're sent to your customers in your name and with your logo.

How secure will my data be?

TTC uses a strong security model to ensure the security of all stored data. In addition, no customer financial information is stored within the TTC network.

Who will have access to my customer information?

Access to your customer data will be limited to your authorized personnel and your TTC representatives. We will never share your information with or sell it to any unauthorized person or group. If you chose to cancel your subscription with us, your customer data will be deleted from our system, per our Terms of Service.

How secure are the online payments?

TTC partners with one of the leading, recognized online payment processing service providers to ensure the most secure transactions.
